This appeal is yet another distressing chapter in the ongoing expensive, often ill-advised and unproductive litigation between the Lesotho Bank (the appellant), Lesotho Hotels International (Proprietary) Limited, (1st respondent and "the Company") and one Florio (fourth respondent).
